I have forgotten my username/password

It’s very easy to recover your username: it’s your email address. To find your password, click “My account” at the top of the home page and on the login page click “Forgot your password? Click here”. We will send your password to your email address.

How can I change my account details?

Sign in to “My account” using your email address and password to change your account details.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Just click the “If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click here” link at the bottom of the newsletter or go to the “Newsletter” section at the top of the home page.

How is the personal information in my account used?

Compressport only uses information from your account for purely commercial purposes. You have the legal right to access, change, rectify and delete your information at any time.

 

Product

 

Which size am I?

Size IS important! Please use the sizing charts. You’ll need a tape measure, or some string and a ruler. Getting the correct size is very important to get the maximum performance out of your garment so please take the time to measure up.

My measurements put me right in the middle of two different sizes, which size should I buy?

If your measurements fall right between two sizes we recommend that you go for the larger size. Comfort is vital!!

When do I wash them?

Compressport compression products are all designed to be hand washed in the shower or a sink in warm water. This allows them to keep their compression rate for an extended period of time

How long do I wear them for?

Compressport R2, UR2, US, Quad and Full Leg should be worn to train and recover in. For recovery we suggest you wear them for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours after exercise, but everybody is different and has different lactic thresholds. Test out what works best for you. Some people choose to sleep in their compression garments and find it beneficial.

Will the calf guards help with shin splints?

There is no research to state that compression will cure shin splints, but many physios and doctors recommend compression to help. The Ultra Silicon calf guards offer a higher degree of shock absorption to protect your lower legs and we recommend this model to anyone suffering with shin splints.

Where is my shopping basket?

Your basket is in the top right of the home page, where it says “Shopping Basket”. When you click on “Shopping Basket” a detailed summary of your order immediately appears.

How can I add items to my basket?

Click the items you want to buy and the description of the item is automatically displayed. Here you can select from the various size, colour and quantity options available. Then click “Add to basket” and your item will immediately appear in it. You can continue with your order by signing in or keep on shopping around the store. You can access your basket at the top of the home page at any time.

How can I place my order?

You can place your order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ordering process consists of several stages. Once you have selected the products in your basket, you should:

Clearly identify the selected products using the colour, size, etc. options and indicate the quantity you want;

Register for the first time or sign in with your user name and password in the login section.

Indicate precisely the information needed for delivery, including your exact address and any restrictions on access to the delivery location (block, floor, access code, etc.).

Read and accept the terms and conditions of sale and finally choose how you want to pay.

Once you have chosen a payment method, you can begin online payment for your order in the payment gateway which will complete your purchase of the product(s).

How can I know if products are available?

Products are available provided they are in stock. The availability of a product is displayed on the product page. However, availability may vary during the same day depending on the level of sales.

I have made a mistake and I would like to change or cancel my current order. Can I?

It depends on how far your order has got. Contact Customer Service, quoting your order number and the reference number for your product(s), through the Contact section.

What is included in the price?How do I know if my order has been registered?

Once you have confirmed your order and payment has been safely made, you will receive a confirmatory email. This is a summary of your order indicating the type, quantity and price of the selected products and the payment method.

Can I check the details of my order?

You can check the details of your order, and also those of your previous orders, in your account under “My orders”.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time may vary depending on the type of delivery you chose when you bought the product. As we use international couriers delivery will normally be made within 48 hours.

What shipping options are there?

We offer delivery by DPD in Europe, and by TNT in North America, South America, Africa and Asia.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on where the items ordered are to be sent and their total volume and weight to ensure that the price is as fair as possible. We tell you the exact shipping costs once you have given us the delivery address and always before you confirm your order.

One of the products in my order is damaged or missing; what should I do?

In the event of a problem when your order is delivered, contact customer service through the Contact section as soon as possible to report it.

 

Returns/Refunds

 

How I can return an item bought from the website?

You have a statutory period of 7 days from when you receive the goods to tell us you want to return them and why. You can ask to return an item:

By contacting customer service through the Contact section and we will tell you what you need to do.

When you receive the product return email, you can then return the item or items in their original packaging with the invoice to the stated address.
If the reason for return is not Compressport’s fault, you will have to pay the return charges (these include the cost of shipping the product you bought and the cost of returning it).

What items can be returned?

All products purchased on Compressport’s website can be returned unless otherwise stated. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging. They must not have been used or damaged in any way however minor and must be in good clean condition. Returns and refunds will not be given on any product that is damaged or incomplete or whose packaging is damaged.

What is the deadline for returning a product?

You have a statutory period of 7 days from when you receive the goods to tell us you want to return them and why. Once we have given you a return authorisation number, you must send the goods as soon as possible and within at most a fortnight.

What happens once I have returned my items?

Once we have received your returned goods and checked them, we will send you a confirmation email. Compressport will then reimburse you via your credit card.

When you buy your COMPRESSPORT® product you get a 2-year warranty. We would be grateful if you could validate your warranty on our website www.compressport.com. Registration is mandatory for the warranty to be valid. In return you will receive a numbered warranty certificate you can easily keep and use if necessary.
